Think I can make it in time?

It can definitely be done, but it’s an uphill journey. the reverse would definitely be preferred.

Thanks CalBear! So long as it’s possible… I really have no choice in the matter, but on the bright side, sounds like it’ll be a good workout for my legs!

Does anyone know how the walk is from Wada to Evans Hall?

kinda middle. but it’s like uphill then downhill if you travel through the music building/creek area (which is what i’ll be doing a lot of the time to get to pimentel).

You should definitely be able to make Dwinelle to Haas, but it does cut close to the 10 mins, it depends on where your classes are located within the building and whether your prof lets you out early or not. Map out the quickest way - the school is undergoing a lot of construction so the shortest routes may not be available. I go that route very often so this is what I do: go directly uphill from Dwinelle, go down the stairs between Moses/Stephen Hall toward Barrows, make a left to go uphill in front of Barrows, head towards Wurster/Music area, keep going up that hill until I get to Haas.

Wada to Evans is about 10 min, I often leave 5 min before the hour from Unit 2 and make it to Evans in time for section. Though the shortest route is currently blocked so you’d have to walk up near Pimentel/Hildebrand first or down near South Hall/Doe/Campanile.

ahh, memorable moments of being an incoming freshman… Yes a good walk will take you up to Haas. Be careful in Dwinelle, its a maze. You will probably have longer walks in the future, and bikes also become pretty handy.

thanks for the input, guys! @shahrukhkhan, i’m actually a junior transfer haha
