<p>Howdy folks. Hopefully this will be an easy question to answer for you all. You see, I had thought I set up my e-bill profile (EFT) - on the site, it even says that I have an active EFT. However, when I go to bearfacts to check my e-bill (seeing as I've signed up for summer courses), I get an error message:</p>
<p>"An error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator."
<em>followed by some extraneous code</em></p>
<p>Any suggestions on what I should do?</p>
