E-mailing about mistakes

Hi all.

I’ve sent 2-3 e-mails requesting changes/edits/notes to some schools that i’ve applied to. They were mostly notes like changing some family stuff that I mistakenly put on the CA and addressing/clarifying some other stuff I put (scores etc). However, like I said, i’ve done this 2-3 times for a schooll and i’m worried that they’re going to think i’m a bit clumsy/uncareful considering how many e-mails i’ve exchanged with them only just to talk about changes. Do you think that this might end up to a be a problem? These schools do tend to track e-mail contacts i’ve heard.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

You can’t change anything, and I think that the people processing apps are different from actual admissions counselors, so you should be fine. Don’t stress to much about it and enjoy the rest of 2nd semester.

That said, I would definitely look thoroughly at all your submitted apps and email colleges about errors only once. Streamlining this communication can only work in your favor.

@QwertyuiopPro‌ They’re actually not changes but mostly notes that are added to my application. The colleges are fine with me adding notes to my app like when I asked about changing my father’s profession to something more accurate.

Will do. It’s a bit late, but I suppose that’s what I get for turning in my apps the day of the deadline…

Thanks for your reponse!

Oh and you’re probably right about diff people. :stuck_out_tongue:
