<p>After I completed the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing<a href="the%20online%20SF-86">/u</a>, the final web page printed out three signature release forms.</p>
<p>Are we supposed to sign and send those back in the white envelope, take them with us to R-day, or is the "electronic verify" button on the web page good enough?</p>

<p>im pretty sure i brought them with me last year, i would check on that though.</p>
<p>Last year they were told to bring the forms to R-Day, but I think Admissions wants them returned in advance this yearā¦I would recommend calling Admissions to make sure you get the straight story.</p>
<p>Let me ask it another way. Will we be directed to the online EQIP with instructions sent by regular mail or email? Thanks. All we have received so far is a form in the original package that prepares us for the online EQIP.</p>

<p>Thanks Luigi. Itās only been about a week since we got original package of forms. Do you remember how long it takes to get the EQUIP email and package?</p>
<p>I would guess that youāll see something very soon.</p>
<p>They are requesting everything be completed and returned (including fingerprint cards) before June 1 or the military ID card could be delayed and that could prevent them from going on the Eagle cruise.</p>

Son is at home, in a post-op haze, recovering from wisdom teeth removal. Now I can ābark at himā (as he put it) to finish this eqip stuff and his lovely graduation announcementsā¦but barking is good practice for swab summer, right? ;-)</p>

<p>i would consider getting those taken out anyways. personally i liked the idea of being a whimp and recovering at home rather than at the academy. maybe something to think about</p>
<p>So the final consensus on the eqip signature forms? We finished up all paperwork tonite, guess I will mail the forms in, and make copies of everything to have on hand. Almost doneā¦ 39 daysā¦</p>

<p>thanks luigi, forms mailed in today. (brushes off hands & knocks on wood) whew,weāre done! hopefully the fingerprints that we āsurrenderedā to the officials at the law enforcement center get mailed in, and not end up in the criminal files somewhere. </p>

<p>I emailed my admission officer askingā¦ not sure if I should have asked him or someone elseā¦ If I donāt hear by Tuesday Iām calling (after i check the mailbox and all)</p>

<p>From out own experience, every time we got anxious for the next package of forms it would show up. We just did sonās eqip Thursday and mailed signature pages Friday. I wouldnāt worry about the June 1 deadline if you were on wait list, I am sure they take that into account.</p>
