E7 or CS61a?

I'm a prospective bioengineering student who will either be following the biomechanical or biomaterials concentration. Should I take E7 or CS61a? Which one is more/less difficult?

Take E7, I think CS61a is not needed unless you're planning to do EECS.

Thanks. Is there a specific teacher that people recommend for E7?

Does anyone else think differently about E7 vs. CS61a for my intended major?

E7 is a lot of work but it's not as hard as CS61a because you don't need to have any programming experience for E7.
