Is no one rejected? I got deferred.

Anyone hear if the application pool for either ED or EA went up this year like many other schools?

EA was 14,000 this year. Up from about 12,000.

How many accepted out of 14,000?

DS deferred. 4.0/4.5 Full IB program + 3 APs, strong ECs in theatre, orchestra.Submitted scores - 1420. Guess submitting scores was a bad idea.

Think it’s total applications. Last year they only had 12k total

Homer -where are you getting those numbers?

Can you please share what Richmond Scholar invitation says in your letter?

deferred 1530 SAT, 3.8 uw. National merit semifinalist, multiple debate awards, board of three clubs, captain of varsity lacrosse. no clue what more they want considering my SAT is well above the published 75th percentile

My apologies. Congrats to the finalists!

How about this announcement on their website “all Richmond Scholars have been notified on the Spider portal”…?

So basically if you do not see an invitation, you are not in.

Hi, I’m sorry but I see a letter which says I’ve been selected as one of 85 finalists today. At the bottom of the decision notification, there was something that said “The following letters are available for this account” and the one listed said Richmond scholar notification. I clicked on it and it clearly said my name and had all the information about me being a finalist for the Richmond Scholars Program.
