my daughter got that message in november. They were looking for her 1st quarter grades, which they require for PT, PA and Nursing. It took weeks to get that notification letter in the mail though. I would call/or email your admissions counselor to see what they are looking for. This may help to speed things along for you

thank you! i will call them today. Did your daughter end up getting accepted?

Brother got acceptance into School of Health Sciences today. Got all his stuff in piece by piece, fully completed beginning of December.

No, sarahkim18 - she has not heard yet…
you are not the only one anxiously awaiting :)

does anyone know whether it’s a big envelope or a small one?

Big envelope, with “congratulations” on it

my D got the acceptance letter yesterday into the nursing program. Does anyone know if they don’t mention in the letter that scholarship info will come soon, it means she will not be offered merit $. I noticed with others, it’s mentioned.

I was accepted for nursing last month. I got a letter the next week with a $12,000 a year scholarship offer.

jkirst…thank you. did your original acceptance letter say that you would be getting a letter to inform you of the scholarship?

Merit award letters come about a week or two after the acceptance letter. There’s a Q&A sheet in your acceptance package that states this. We didn’t see this until after my son received an award. They do not indicate that you are getting a merit award with the acceptance.

Accepted!!!
Definitely considering this college :)

If anyone has questions for a current student, I’ll answer them over at the “accepted for 2011” thread.

If anyone is still waiting for results, I was accepted last year with
2.67 high school gpa (Yeah…)
Music extracurriculars (Marching Band/Jazz Band)
Lots of volunteer work (Political volunteering)
Good recs (4 total)
A really good essay
2100 combined SAT

I do not believe that Tarrick is an actual student at Quinnipiac. He was probably denied admission and now bitterly attends Gateway Community College.
