<p>Was told that they need to see my midyear grades prior to final decision. I already got accepted into SUNY Stony Brook...happy about that...but Bing is my #1 choice. Was told if my midyear was strong there is a really good chance I would be accepted...I got a 93 in my first marking period, expect a little higher in my second to round out my midyear.</p>
<p>I haven't received my decision yet. And I haven't received any note online. It's still the same your application is complete and we are reviewing it message I got a week ago. I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.</p>
<p>maldon: If you applied EA , then they have until 1/1/2007 to let you know of any decision. I don't think it is a "problem" as you say, just wait for a decision. The we are reviewing your app page was the only thing I saw for a while.</p>
<p>Luckedoutirish13: My app was sent in on 10/30, SATs made it complete by 11/1.</p>
<p>im not sure... but i think they have a rolling notification system where the earlier u sent the app in, the earlier u get ur decision (i sent in mine 10/24 and got my decision on 12/15)...</p>

im fustrated cuz i thought i would get into bing. i mean i know its selective but still.</p>
<p>choco ---what is your SAT with just Math and Verbal? </p>
<p>My GPA unweighted is a 87 or 88 and my SAT is 1230 out of 1600 and they want to see my mid year grades...plus I did a few EC's and a couple of really great recommendations from teachers. </p>
<p>So far my 1st marking period is a 93 and I expect the same for my second...so my mid year grades will be respectable. This may still not get me in....they won't tell me either way until they see everything.</p>
<p>yea basically only your senior grades will help... maybe a recommendation or two or a letter to the admissions counselors telling them that binghamton is your first choice... if your REALLY desperate u can take the ACTs/SATs again and see if you improve and if you do u can send your scores... u do have until april... best of luck :)</p>
