I’m planning on majoring in some type of biological science as a pre-med

i’m going to be original and say that i want to major in english :)

i got so excited for decisions this weekend. We should spam them with calls tomorrow morning to ask when they will be released. I am getting anxious

Got an email 12/13 1:58 EST:

Dear ***********,

Over the last month and a half, we have been hard at work reviewing early action applications. We understand that waiting to receive admission notifications, like many aspects of the college selection process can be stressful. To try to alleviate some of that stress, I’m writing to let you know how and when we plan to release early action decisions.

On Wednesday, December 15, you will receive an e-mail containing a personalized Web link that will take you to a secure page where you can view your admission decision. We’ll begin sending these e-mail notifications at 7 pm EST. A letter with your admission decision will be also mailed out on December 15. Students who have been admitted to the University and awarded a scholarship will receive notification of that award at the same time.

Thank you again for your interest in Case Western Reserve University. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the Office of Undergraduate Admission via e-mail at admission@case.edu or telephone at 216.368.4450.

I got that e-mail too! I can’t decide if I want to wait until the letter comes and make it official, or just check online on Wednesday…

mohawks6, you are FUNNY!!!

Best of luck to all!

If we didn’t get that email, is that a bad thing? I put my email address on the supplement…

No, call them to make sure they have it in their system correctly.

Yeah; I haven’t gotten any emails from Case except for “We would really like you to apply!” emails that came after I submitted my app… I wasn’t really sure what was going on. I guess I’ll call their admissions office tomorrow and see if my app really was received?

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who didn’t receive an email. I hope it’s just a minor glitch!

My son applied in August and he didn’t get the e-mail… Do we really need to bother them?

Having gone through this process last year with quite a few schools, CALL THEM!!! Glitches, typos and mis-filings happen all the time and eVen if everythingis fine, its another way to show demonstrated interest.
Yes, call them.

Seeing the application process on CC and going through it now makes me wonder why colleges refuse to send decision emails in the morning or afternoon.

I just got that email too. Looks like we’ll know if we get in at this time 2 days from now

Did you just now get that email? Maybe they’re sending them in batches?

They may end up sending the notifications in batches too.
