Deferred
I thought I was a shoe in for case but i guess not. (junior 011 i’m from jersey)

Accepted with scholarship…but just got bad news from johns hopkins so i feel like fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

Accepted
3.96 Weighted
30 ACT

Excited, but a little disappointed I didn’t receive any scholarship money. This is my top school and I would love to go here! Does anyone know if they send any different scholarships with the letter they send in the mail, or is it basically the same thing as what was said in the email?

I think most scholarships (if not all merit ones) are given out with the email as well as the letter. My letter included that I got a 20K scholarship. Though this doesn’t even help that much considering their estimated cost of attendance is 52K on their admitted students page.

Deferred, I’m confused right why. I know the overall acceptance rate is 75% but does anyone know the rate for EA and the rate for waitlisted. The school is ranked 63 (US news 2010) in CS and I was not accept having been the founder of the CS club at my school, having created multiple finish programs, and having followed more than 7 free college classes in CS from schools rank 1 in CS.

8:47 and still waiting…aaaahhhh…

Early Action Acceptance Rate:
95% (I can’t really believe this number I don’t know it this also includes those who get in after getting deffered)
Applicants Placed on Waiting List:
585
Applicants Accepted from Waiting List:
506
