EA Applicants that have heard nothing?

I'm getting a bit worried because I've heard nothing? I never even got an ID/pw but just made an account and I think they have my information however I still feel worried! Anyone else feel nothing? Also they gave me the streamlined app but I decided to give them my common app just so they'd have more info and it was still free anyway, but what if they forgot and thought i never paid so they didnt count my application? They'd call or mail me if that was the case, right?

Where do you live?

Did you get a letter in November telling you that they had your app?

Connecticut! And I’m almost positive I did, though I did not save one =/

I haven’t heard back either! A lot of people in my area all heard back last week, but I’m still waiting.

ugh the wait is terrible, are you gonna call if you dont hear back soon?

Yeah well I have to withdraw my application anyway because I got accepted early decision somewhere else, but I wanted to find out anyway before I did that, so yes probably! Hopefully we’ll both hear back today. Good luck!

Got deferred. Great.

I am an upstate New Yorker who still hasn’t heard anything from Fordham. I did send an inquiry to them a few minutes ago, but was not sure who to send it too. I sent it to the generalized “enroll” e mail address. Has anyone else contacted them? If so, who did you address your e-mail too?

Well thats better than denied! Don’t worry, you’ve still got a good chance! and bjorn, I still haven’t heard anything either and I live in Pennsylvania. I haven’t contacted anyone yet, but I think I’ll email someone now.

We are in PA, found out yesterday…deferred…

Just found out today, I got deferred.

SAT: 2230
(780 Math, 650 CR, 790 Writing)

GPA: 3.6 weighted
APs Junior year: AP Euro, AP US II GL, AP English, AP Chemistry
Aps: Senior year: AP Environmental, AP Research in Molecular Biology, AP Government

I am sad and confused :frowning: </3

Are you going to check why you were deferred? Those stats are great.

I still haven’t heard anything… anyone else with the same status?

I haven’t heard either. I called yesterday and was told mine was mailed on Friday. I only live two hours away…4 days to get here?

I can’t figure out their admissions process. It seems some people heard via e mail weeks ago. Others by snail mail. I read that the e-mails were sent to the top applicants. My stats are competitive and I am truly well rounded. I am a three season athlete, band, jazz band, pit band, and chorus. I have an arts based club, and Habitat for Humanity. My class rank is quite good.

I just don’t understand this process. I wish they notified all applicants the same way the same day.

Accepted! 2210 SAT with 3.0 GPA unweighted. 8-)

My son had not heard as of today’s mail…He called the admission office and they informed him that he applied regular decision - no early action. We went back and rechecked (he applied via Common App). We discovered that he checked early action on his common app and if you click on supplement is says EA, but if you click to look at entire supplement is says regular decision…We were so careful, so this is very confusing to me. He also applied to another school early action, received an acceptance early action, but when we look at his common app, it says regular decision.

Same thing happened to me. Sighs…
