EA Application status updates are online - class of 2020

D got the official acceptance letter today. She applied EA on Nov. 14. and letter was postmarked Dec. 16. It stated “you will be a Presidential Scholar and receive a scholarship acknowledging your academic achievement.” So I’m guessing that is the Presidential Scholarship listed in this link: http://admissions.unh.edu/merit-scholarships but since the wording is a little different, I’m not 100% sure. Per the NPC, we also qualify for a financial aid grant from the school which make the COA very reasonable. Woohoo!

Daughter accepted last week 27th of December via snail mail to Honors College and presidential scholarship (10k). weighted GPA of 4.1 (unweighted at 3.7) and ACT of 29. Also accepted to Honors college at Drexel, and Umass Amherst as pre-med. Awaiting RD at Northeastern and Brown. Many EC’s and mentoring with local physician; class rank in top 10%.

Gosh, we are still awaiting EA decision, is anyone else waiting? Wonder if my daughter should call. Her application was submitted before the deadline but it took a month for the ACT scores to send via disc or something like that. Anyway, says her application was complete on December 15th so I would assume they would notify soon. Any advice?

I didn’t even apply for EA but applied regular instead and I have already gotten my decision. I was admitted through the UNH portal a couple of days ago.
