<p>Some EA applicants may have received an e-mail regarding documents missing from your file; we realize that you likely made every effort to submit these documents on time, but some circumstance (I blame the mail-monster!) causes us to currently lack them. Please follow the instructions contained in the e-mail for re-submitting these documents, even if you are certain you submitted them in the first place. If you did not receive such an e-mail, you do not need to re-submit any documents, even if your Chicago Account does not reflect that all of your documents have been received; the account updates lag a little behind our knowledge of what we have received and what we haven't. Rest assured that your application will be given full consideration even if we are currently missing one or more of your documents, provided you make every effort to re-submit the document by the date suggested in the e-mail.</p>
