~If it helps: suburban (good school but limited number of AP courses and very few minority students taking rigorous courses), my grandparents and other relatives got poor education (immigrants and in lower middle class) but my parents got high education as well as highly respected career in medicine, permanent resident (not an American citizen), my father is one of very well-known doctors internationally-he has been on many TV interviews, my parents make $80,000-100,000 a year (upper middle class)</p>

<p>This is my only third post, while everybody post their same thread all over the forums. Just pretend that I have about 95 uw and 101 w instead of 85 w and 93 uw, and suppose I score 1950+ on SAT. Will my chance improve dramatically?</p>

<p>I don't think that's really going to matter.</p>
<p>And work on your EC's. Really.</p>
<p>I feel that you are VERY insecure with your academic performance, which causes you to rely on your race. You have an interesting background and quite good stats (raise your SAT and try, try, try to raise your GPA before you apply). Write awesome essays and show to colleges that you can contribute to their communities. I strongly suggest you to apply RD instead of EA or ED-it will give you some time to improve your stats. There is nothing you can do now (except the essay part).</p>
