My D is eagerly waiting for her email/letter…can’t be too far away since we are getting close to the 23rd 
I just saw on the Chapman Tumbler page that they have the decisions ready to be mailed. But no change on the portal for my son.

Deferred, not too bummed out though. I’ve already gotten into 6 colleges and Chapman isn’t too high on my list.

got a package in the mail with a scholarship awarded.
Daughter admitted via e-mail on the 18th. Package came on the 19th. Surprisingly, no scholarships mentioned.
Daughter admitted by email on the 18th. Paper acceptance a few days later with 29,000 merit scholarship.
Son received an email acceptance on December 18th to Dodge - Film Production major. Formal letter arrived on the 22nd. Acceptance included a merit scholarship. Son is very happy. Still waiting to hear from several schools, but very pleased with Chapman’s gracious offer.
@qjtsdad I thought Film Production majors don’t hear back until February?
@jfh2016 - that was the expectation my son had as well. He was surprised when he received an email. Dodge’s website did quote a range (late December to February) that Dodge students could expect to be notified. (http://www.chapman.edu/dodge/apply/undergraduate/film-production.aspx).
@qjtsdad oh wow that’s really surprising. Several emails from Chapman and the counsellors have stated they start in early February but I guess they got to them early. That’s really exciting. Chapmans my #1 and I also applied for Film Production! Congratulations to your son!
