EA Decision Release Date

It’s all right, I didn’t take any offense. Just happy I cab help.

Best of luck guys! Go Blue!!

Michigan’s yield rate will not be over 45% this year. I am anticipating a 38%-41% yield. And Michigan is aiming for a freshman class of 5,700-6,000. Therefore, it is safe to assume that Michigan will admit between 14,000 and 16,000 applicants (my guess is closer to the latter). If 45,000 apply, Michigan will admit between 31% and 36% of applicants. My guess, however, is that 45,000 applicants is a conservative figure. I am projecting 46,000-50,000. Assuming 48,000 end up applying, Michigan will likely admit between 29% and 33% of applicants (my guess is closer to the latter).

Just got my admissions decision (accepted), on 12/16 at 9 PM. Sent in application on 11/1.

^Same here Higgs. Sent at same time and received acceptance letter at same time too

I haven’t gotten my decision yet. A lot of people that I know in my area have. They are sent out randomly right? I don’t want to worry but sometimes I can’t help but wonder

<— (ignore the name)

Me too closeliner, is that bad? I feel like I’m the only one who hasn’t gotten the email and i feel like the later emails are rejections/defers.

I’m hoping it’s not bad and I’m pretty sure that the emails are sent out randomly. But who knows

I haven’t got an email from Michigan yet. Most of the people from my school got theirs on 12/16 and all of them were acceptances. Does that mean ill likely get a defer or rejection? Are they still sending out acceptances or was that only yesterday? Also are they sending out decisions on 12/17?
