i read somewhere mit decisions are coming out on the seventh. Any chance they'll do the same thing at caltech?

The email I got said they would release EA decisions about Dec 15th

this is off topic a bit, but...
hypethetically, if i was accepted early action, how much would they look at my senior year grades?

EA decisions by mail or email?

Decisions are sent out by mail

I assume "around Dec 15th" is not plus-minus 15 days from Dec 15th :)

and also, do they SEND decisions out around 15th, or should we expect to RECEIVE them around that date?

i think send out

They are sent on the 15th. If you're in SoCal you'll probably get yours a day or two after. Generally, the farther you are geographically, the longer it will take.

well i'm in another country, so they'll be emailing me mine... Still cant decide if thats a good thing or not

omg december 11th. and mits comes out in like 40 hours. omg december 11th!!!! ahhhhhh!!! suspence!!! but snail mail!!! why does oklahoma have to be so far from california!?! i think we should blow up new mexico and arizona and meld together california and oklahoma. and we can blow up wisconsin too while we're at it (its useless).

Back when my sister applied to MIT all the applicants formed a line in the guidance counselor's office on the day the decisions were released and the counselor would call MIT and ask if they got in...
