<p>No, you get the CSS Profile in ASAP, but the deadline is NOT November 1st but rather February 1st.</p>

<p>Well, I'm in a position where I know what I'm talking about. It is preferred, but because you hand it in by February 1 does NOT mean you won't get any money or you would have less of a chance of being admitted.</p>
