EA for UGA

I'm a junior in state, sister went to UGA w/ hope:

GPA weighted for Junior year only: 4.0
3 AP's, 1 honors

SAT: 2020 first time
ACT: 31 first time

Cumulative GPA is bad weighted, around 3.4 ~3.5 . If I add in senior and junior weighted GPA it would be 3.7 about. I had a bad scenario in freshman and sophomore year, but junior year got better. I am heavily relying on my SAT and ACT to get me in. What are my chances?

I forgot to mention I am asian - South Korean.

Bump 10char

Why do people think we care about weighted? Give us your unweighted GPA.

Because UGA looks at weighted GPA. My UW junior year is 3.5.

What exactly do colleges look at in Early Decision applicants for GPA? Do they only look at GPA junior year or all years ending with junior year?

UGA isn’t Virginia Tech, which only looks at weighted GPA…

But now that you mention it, UGA is a low match, perhaps even safety.

Catria, I think I may have calculated my GPA wrong then. Do you know how UGA calculates GPA?
