Interviewed on Nov 20. A few days ago, I filled the "interview conducted form" on my MIT account application tracking detail. However, the interview session still displays "Interview Conducted/Processed" instead of "Processed".

That is what it’s supposed to say.

As long as the box for interview has a check mark in it, you’re fine.

Should it be “received”? The “Interview Conducted/Processed” label is totally a Schrodinger’s Cat!

It’s not a Schrodinger’s Cat. You can only have processed an already-completed interview.

Anywho, if it says that, you’re fine.

Do not fret. I have four interview reports to write up including one from five weeks ago. This is not unusual. It is perfectly fine for the system to note that an interview was conducted, one reason why an interview was processed may have been that it was not yet received. It takes me about three hours to write up a report. I often do not find that time until the Christmas break. Nothing is broken if your interview report is not processed before January.

Whoops Sorry, I missed the title of the thread. Yes, a missing EA report is bad, but there isn’t much you can do. MIT knows that it is not your fault, it is the EC’s fault. They have probably sent an urgent letter, and they may have gotten the local regional chair involved. The upshot is that it cannot really hurt you, but it may not have helped you as much as you might have wanted.
