EA - LSA or COE? Safe, Target, or Reach?

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>Here's some info:</p>

<p>Out of state applicant
SAT: 660R 710M 690W - Retook in October, and I'm hoping for 2200+
SAT 2: 800M2 750 Physics
EC's: Weak to moderate, but too many to list
GPA: 4.0 UW and Weighted (my school doesn't have 5.0)
AP's: AP Calculus BC (5), AP US History (4)
Currently enrolled in 7 more AP's
Teacher Rec's: Very strong</p>

<p>I can provide more info as requested. </p>

<p>I would like to major in Computer Science, and I'm not sure if I should apply to college of engineering or LSA. Also, should I consider UMich a safe, target, or reach? What are my chances of admission?</p>

<p>Your GPA is good while your SAT is a bit low for UMich CoE. Try to bring up the CR and Math scores. It is currently just a touch above the 25th percentile for UMich overall. CoE would be a reach for you considering the 20% or lower admission rate. LSA would be a lower reach.</p>
