<p>Why is there so much false information in this damn site?</p>
<p>The applicant pool for ED is not more competitive compared to the RD pool, quite the opposite.</p>
<p>The RD pool consists of the best and the worst. The best don’t apply ED because they are comfortable in their chances and want to see which other schools they get into.</p>
<p>The ED pool consists usually of the more mediocre candidates and/or athletes and legacies.</p>
