Did you write "early action" on the envelope when mailing the tax returns?

Should I call the financial aid services to notify the officers that I am applying EA, just in case they may process my information too late?

I did write Early Action. You probably should call but it most likely isn’t too big of a deal because I’m sure only EA people have sent in their financial aid stuff already.

Oh dear, I didn’t realize we had to do this.
So on top of the app, we have to do a CSS profile and send in tax returns postmarked by tomorrow??

^Oh yes, hurry up!!!

I am glad that my thread can actually serve as a reminder.:)

Madshock: just get the docs in. The Nov 1 postmark or not isn’t going to make/break you. Relax.

Can we fax our tax returns, or do they have to be mailed in?

^You can fax the tax returns, but I recommend mailing them.

Haha thanks so much, sorry for hijacking your thread haha.
I did want to ask though, do we have to submit that stuff, or is it just for financial aid?
And if we don’t get it in by a November 1 or a few days after (dad is away for business right now), that doesn’t mess with admissions, right? Though I guess I may not get a financial offer with the admissions decision (on the tiny but awesome chance I get in haha), for a little whiles after?

^No problem. My question’s answered already.

The CSS profile and the tax returns are just for applying for financial aid, so I guess it’s fine if you submit it a few days later. It’s better to do it when your dad’s around since you can’t change the numbers once you click “submit”, so I’d suggest you wait till he comes back.

Alright cool, thanks ever so much!!
