EA question

Can you take the sat's in nov and still apply ea?

yep, says so on the Stanford site

oh really, thanks, i was desperately trying to find it there but couldn't, could u possibly somehow direct me to that page?

It doesn't say on the website.

Hahaha.

I called them and the guy told me that he can't guarantee anything.

However, EA schools are usually known for receiving November scores.

I suggest you to take SAT IIs in November.

If you have to take SAT I, then do it in October.

That's my plan.

Oops, if you go here: http://www.stanford.edu/dept/uga/applying/1_8_faqs.html#deadlines

It will say that SCEA applicants should do their SATs in October. Regular applicants can do Oct, Nov, and Dec.

I was talking about November test scores for SCEA.

Because the website doesn't say anything about November test scores, I had to call the undergraduate admission office.

Their answer was that they can't guarantee if scores will arrive in time for the application review.

last year they said do them by october for EA

I wonder if November scores don't make it in time. (I've only got one SAT II so far.)

Would it result in a rejection? A deferral?

Hm... risky...

I'd still EA though.

well sat2s aren't required for admission, so if you look good they'll take or defer you. if they reject you, it's probably not because you only took one sat2
