<p>If I have a 1550 SAT score (800 m, 750 v) and 3 decent SAT2's (800 Bio, 780 Math2c, 770 USH), will my 690 Writing SAT2 score have any or little effect on my chances at Stanford?</p>

<p>In other words, would they just use my other 3 SAT2 scores or would they somehow incorporate my writing score into my application? I heard that they use writing and verbal scores somewhat interchangeably but I am not sure of this.</p>

<p>SAT II scores are totally optional. They can only help. The only times they'll interchange SAT scores is if an SAT II score in math/writing is higher than an SAT I score.</p>
