EA- Restrictive ?

<p>okay so this is probably a silly question, but im confused about whether Georgetown Early Action programme is restrictive or not.</p>

<p>I thought EA Restrictive means that you apply nov 1st to only ONE school, find out dec and still apply RD to other schools and dont accept until may 1st.</p>

<p>On collegeboard Georgetown says EA Restrictive, but on Georgetown site it says EA and you can apply to other schools EA also, soooo which it right?</p>

<p>You may not apply ED, but you could apply EA to other schools. The reason is if you were accepted ED to another school then you would not be able to go to Georgetown, whereas if you were accepted EA to other schools you could still have until May 1 to decide which you want to go to.</p>
