<p>Does Penn’s early decision policy allow for simultaneous non-single choice early action applications to other schools? Eg. Wharton ED + U of Chicago EA + Rolling U of M Ann Arbor.</p>

<p>Yes, you can apply EA anywhere else.</p>

<p>But if you get accepted by Penn you have to still withdraw your application or acceptence.</p>
