MIT has been a school that I dreamed of as a child, but as I grew up I did realize that it wasn’t necessarily a feasible option. However, as application season is here, I have decided that I’m going to apply with no expectation whatsoever to MIT for the little me. My only question is, should I be applying EA or RD? I know the chances are higher typically when you apply EA, but my GPA is only a 3.65/4.39 right now, however I can raise it to a 3.72 during the first semester of senior year. Would it be better for me to apply RD and raise my GPA or should I just apply EA anyways since the difference isn’t super significant and I’m already going to be at the bottom of the pile for the GPA criteria, even with a 3.72? I also left my profile before if that makes a difference
