Is it harder to get in EA? Is it possible to apply EA and ED somewhere else at the same time?
@pkdeegan25 It is definitely more selective during the EA process. EA is non binding at Villanova. Usually ED is binding at most universities. If you get accepted ED at a university you will have to attend that university. You can apply to both EA and ED, but if you get accepted ED at a university you will have to withdraw all your other applications and attend the university that accepted you ED.
Villanova now discourages applicants from applying EA if they are applying ED elsewhere:
Candidates who apply Early Action to Villanova can apply to other Early Action programs, but we respectfully request that you not apply to an Early Decision program elsewhere.
