i already submitted but i just want to make sure, EA is due at or before 10/31 at 11:59 PM, not at or before 11/01 at 11:59 PM right?

If the the application deadline date is Nov 1, you have to and including all of Nov 1 to submit it, so until 11:59 p.m of Nov 1, with applicable time zone for when 11:59 occurs usually determined. by location of college
The deadline is 11:59pm of November 1st.
