Earliest chance that itll be up?

<p>So I live on the west coast, and dont have school tomorrow, what time do u think the earliest it will be up... i was thinking id check at 1 pst then go too bed, will it be up?</p>

<p>1 PST is what...4 Eastern? Might be, some people claim they've gotten theirs as early as 2 east-coast. I wouldn't bet on it, though. CB says it's officially 8 East Coast, conventional wisdom seems to say it's more like 5 East coast.</p>

Which means you can stay up until 2 if you'd like.</p>
