Earliest you can send in an application?

<p>Good luck to everyone who applied this year!
This has probably been answered before, but when is the application available, and when is the soonest you can turn one in?(Assuming rolling admissions continues)</p>

<p>And another question, if you get rejected for fall term, can you apply to transfer for winter term of the same year?</p>

<p>I can't remember exactly, so don't quote me on this, but I believe you can send it in late August/early September. It's been a while, though, and I definitely wasn't as...responsible about it.</p>

<p>^I don't think that's correct. I remember a rep coming to our school and she said that they put the online and paper app up at around 4:00 am in the morning and the first app was complete at around 6:00 am that day. They put it up in late August...August 20ish.</p>
