Early Action Applications

If early action applicants are not accepted when applying early, do they/can they submit their essay AGAIN for the regular admission? Are the rejected EA applicants automatically moved to the regular admissions considerations? I can't figure this out. thanks for the help!

Well, as far as I know, if you're not accepted EA then you cannot apply again for regular admissions. The only way they'll consider you during regular admissions is if they defer you. So, your essay shouldn't even matter; if they defer you, it means they're just gonna review ur application during regular decision time.

It might depend on the college ur applying to also. My description has to do with like Stanford, Yale, etc.

If you are deferred, your application is moved into the Regular Decision pool. You can send additional information, but you do not have to send anything you've already submitted, including the essay.

If you are rejected, you're done. You cannot send in anything else and your application will not be considered as part of the Regular Decision pool
