<p>If the site wasn’t updated from last year, there should be a box at the showing the college(s) applied to-- one on each row…
in that box, it’s three columns wide, and the last column is where the decision will be placed.</p>
<p>It seemed that column had a “filler” at times with that comment-- it was very inconsistent-- some people had it and some did not, and this had NO relationship to the eventual decision. So just ignore it for the moment. There was a minor pattern suggesting around March that this meant some people with this comment had their file moved to a separate financial aid committee …but again, there was no pattern to be inferred from the comments.</p>
<p>Look under the list of “documents received”…if everything is there and the SATs are accurate…don’t worry. If something seems missing- call them ASAP.</p>
<p>End of week, you can call and ask when your decision will be posted-- but it’s still only a few days “late” and a call would be premature.
Don’t worry about calling-- it’s never an Adcom picking up…it’s one of two very nice and helpful receptionists…if you reach Roberta-- you’re golden-- she’s been there forever and will personally put you on hold and physically check your file and reassure you.</p>
