Ideally I would work at a theatre doing a lot of different things or owning/being a part of a theatre company.
I am also applying to UCONN (in-state tuition!), Skidmore College, Hampshire College, Columbia College Chicago, and University of Central Florida (Their theatre program has connections at Disney, which is something else I’m thinking of as a career path).</p>

<p>Pa1967: Yes my D did, and is very disappointed that they are sending the result via post (snail mail). Pls let us know if you find any other way of knowing the outcome.</p>

<p>My D is very disappointed as well. It seems silly since it is just an extra few days, but I think it made it worse after they sent the email that we would know tomorrow. What is your D applying for ?</p>
<p>Yes Infinity123 it is true. So disappointing! It said they will now all be sent by regular mail and mailed by the 14th. Maybe they sent them already, my D heard from Ithaca already this week and was not expecting to hear from them yet.</p>

<p>I’ve heard that the they’re working on fixing the portal, but it probably won’t be up until after we’ve received out letters. Such a bummer.</p>
<p>So they are sending out the letters for sure? That’s a relief for me. I wasn’t sure what exactly Emerson was doing since the portal message and the email didn’t have the same information. Has anyone actually contacted the college to see if this is still true? I’ve been frantically checking my email all day.</p>
<p>I contacted them yesterday, they were stuffing envelopes and sending out “the first batch” last night. If it gets fixed, they will email all the students to check the portal.</p>

<p>But do you think we’ll still receive notification earlier by postal mail?</p>
