Would like to know why he was waitlisted. Will the admissions office provide information if the school counselor reaches out to them.

How difficult is it to get into the business school at VT as a freshman undergrad? In state. Will 4.36 weighted GPA and 31 ACT be sufficient? Not sure if we should apply to the business school if his chances are not high of getting admitted though that’s what he wants to study. Thoughts?

School naviance says he is good to go but that isn’t specific to the business school.

@Leslie4 You replied into a previous admission cycle thread. That said, the HS Naviance data will likely be much more accurate than the guesswork replies on this forum.

Thanks for responding. The HS Naviance does not break out admissions by schools/majors i.e. the business school at VT versus the college of arts and science. HS Naviance only provides stats for all majors so it’s a bit misleading. Thank you.
