Early action common app question?

I'm planning on applying early action to UNC using the common app for consideration for scholarships. The deadline for early action is October 15th, but the UNC website says only the actual application is due by then. My question is if I turn in my common app by October 15 but the teacher recommendations or other school materials don't get submitted until after, will I still be considered early action or will my application get pushed back with to regular decision?

Thanks!

D just got this from them. Cut and paste, below. Looks like if you get your app in by 10/15, that’s good enough:

Considering Carolina? We encourage you to apply by our upcoming Early Action deadline of October 15.

Why apply Early Action?

Better consideration for scholarships. Some scholarships are awarded early in the year, so by applying early you’ll be considered for the full range of merit-based scholarships.
Have an opportunity to apply for the Global Gap Year Fellowship. Ever consider a gap year abroad? Early Action admitted students can apply for a $7500 award to fund a gap year that combines international travel and service. Learn more
.
It’s not that hard to meet the deadline. Only your portion of the application, your payment method, and your UNC Supplement (if you’re applying via the Common Application) must be submitted by the deadline. Other materials, such as your transcript and letter of recommendation, may arrive after the deadline.
Get it done early! You’ll receive your decision by the end of January, which will give you more time in the spring to consider your options and decide which college is the right one for you.

My counselor recommendation didn’t get submitted until about a week and a half before decisions came out (admission’s fault, we sent it like three times) and I was still accepted early action. You’re fine.

Sounds good, thanks everyone.
