early action deadline and submission

<p>I am using common app to apply to early action. They pushed the deadline back to nov 4th.
I have 4 different people writing recommendations for me excluding the counselors, 2 of them have already submitted by the deadline I told them to, Nov 1st, but the other 2 haven't. It might be the issues they are having.
My question is if I submit my application does that lock all the recommenders who haven't finished there recommendations out or cant they still submit it?
also do recommended also have to follow the deadline?</p>

<p>and am i suppose to send test scores and transcript after I apply or before? the school site doesn't say anything?</p>

<p>also how long does it take for act or SAT to send their scores electronically?</p>

<li><p>My understanding is that if you submit your application, your recommenders still have time till Nov 4th to submit theirs. </p></li>
<li><p>Send your scores as soon as you can so that it doesn’t delay your admissions decision.</p></li>
<li><p>Not sure - maybe a few days to perhaps a couple weeks? Just a guess though.</p></li>

<p>Why are you submitting 4 recs to a single college anyways? That’s a lot to read for the adcom in my opinion.</p>
