Wow that’s unexpected

It is early, isn’t it? Good luck to everyone!

Way to go UVa admissions for announcing early!! Best of luck to all of the Early Action hopefuls! We’re rooting for you! :)

Good luck!!!

DD is so excited to have been accepted…good luck, everybody!

My D is in. I am so proud of her!!

DS is in! Congrats to all!!

Congrats! Isn’t that great news to get in early January!

DS was deferred. Hate the thought of waiting another two months. I guess that’s better than a denial…

Accepted! I now have peace in my mind until I get my RD notifications

Son accepted. Very happy! Kudos to UVA for moving so quickly. Does anyone know if the Echols decisions for EA candidates are also made early or if they are made at/around the same time as the RD decisions?

OOS DD deferred.:|

I got in too :).

Holy crap i got in OOS!! Totally wasn’t expecting that but am over the moon! Congrats to everyone else accepted, and to those deferred/denied, trust me you will get in somewhere just as great!

Also, to Dean J and the rest of the UVA Admissions staff, THANK YOU so much for the early notification. It still boggles my mind that ~14,000 applications are reviewed within a few months!

Last year Echols decisions were given out during EA. It was by email in the past so if you haven’t checked that then do so.

Son is very happy to be offered. (Don’t know about Rodman yet, also hoping to make Jefferson at-large list.)

Now comes the next difficult decision: wait for the RD results, or not?

Do you know if Rodman Scholars are also notified now by email? Or do we have to wait for RD?

Tennis 625 congratulations! If you don’t mind me asking, what are your stats?
