My S was accepted. Really excited with this news. Stats were 3.6 UWGPA/4.5 WGPA, 1420 SAT, 6 AP classes (all 4’s so far), mediocre ECs but good essays IMO.

My girl is in with a generous merit scholarship! This means every safety just dropped off her list and she knows she “is in to college” and “has a place to go” that she really likes. Thank you, Macalester!

Daughter in EA with $23k DeWitt Wallace Distinguished Scholarship!
4.0 UWGPA, no test scores, very good extra-curriculars (given the pandemic), and great essays. Very proud of her on her essays!

Daughter accepted. She’s very excited and surprised. Will have to wait for financial aid to see what is possible for her.
