MIT EA decision online, will be available beginning at 9:00PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on Wednesday, December 16. Can't wait

Eeeeep! :d

Yayyy! I am so excited!! We should have a CC chat room for all the EA applicants on that Wednesday- like a party! :D

Here’s a countdown:

[Customized counter](<a href=“Time since Dec 16, 2009 9:00 pm started in New York”>Time since Dec 16, 2009 9:00 pm started in New York)

LAME, all my Stanford EA friends get to find out first :/

I get Caltech back before then though ^_^

Ooo, nice counter! Guess what my new homepage is… :)

why so late T___T

i hate the suspense.

exactly 800000 seconds from the release of admissions decisions, according to the counter

…so who else is getting 2 decisions that day??

Well, maybe if I get my decision from UMich that day. :)

I get both MIT and Gtech, hopefully I go 2 for 2 :0 !

The website says Matt’s blog was posted December 11, which make me think for a split second that there were only five days left. Grr…

This is going to be a long 9+ days. I’ll just have to keep busy with my other apps.

Good luck everyone. I’m so nervous!!!

I only have one application left–not much to keep busy with. :(

Oh jeez. It’s real now.

It is SOO late compared to other schools…

All my friedns will know about Stanford before I know abotu MIT :/

I see some mention Stanford/Caltech…what are their percentages EA vs. regular? (Didn’t really look at west coast)…Caltech sent many emails, not sure if that is common for them.

does the fact that the decisions are coming out a day later than the last two years mean that they received more applications than usual/than they expected?
or am i totally off?

I would expect that they received a huge number of applications this year.
