<p>For Georgia Tech., could it actually be harder to get accepted for Early Action than for Regular Decision? If so, would people (fine applicants who didn't get accepted) usually get deferred to RD or flat-out rejected?</p>
<p>Tech only flat-our rejects applicants early that have no chance of admission for RD. So if you’re rejected early, you would have been rejected RD anyway. Basically, there’s no disadvantage to submitting your application as soon as possible.</p>
