Early action FORMS delay? converted to regular??

<p>If there is a long delay in the forms like SAT report, transcripts, letters of recommendation from school BUT the application has been submitted on time, </p>

<p>is it possible to automatically request the colleges to convert the early action choice or restrictive early action (say for example Stanford) choice to regular pool?</p>

<p>If yes, should the common app and forms be AGAIN submitted or does it get automatically moved to regular pool?</p>

<p>How does it normally work?</p>
