<p>The letters should start arriving around the 31st....but....you can definitely find out online if you made it....thats is what everybody did when I applied....</p>

<p>the 31st of Januart is on a tuesday. You will receive notification on the night of the 30/31st.....this discussion board is always full of questions around that time!</p>

<p>the admissions office closes at 5:00 p.m on monday the 30th of january. The university server will provide you notification via your unc personal homepage anytime that night. There is not a specific time but i am pretty sure that they will be up before the actual first minute of the 31st. I remember getting mine at around 9:00</p>
<p>i got my letter on jan. 28th, the friday before the 31st. i sure had one hell of a weekend after that. so i'm thinkin if they are gonna give it to you early, they'll probably give it on the friday before again (the 27th?)</p>
