Also any suggestion for reach schools in the RD cycle?

For the California schools:
The UCs don’t have early action. November 1 - 30 is the application period.
The UCs don’t provide any significant financial aid funding for non-residents (fees run $55k - $60k per year).

Your UW gpa is low for the UCs, especially as a non-resident.
Non-residents are being capped.

The UC’s only use 10-11th grades for their a-g course requirements. Have you taken a year of a Visual or Performing arts course which is a UC requirement?

Here is the UC GPA calculator and as an OOS applicant only AP/IB or DE courses will get the extra honors credits which have to be taken 10-11th grades. HS designated honors courses do not count for these points.

https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
All the UC’s use the capped weighted UC GPA and UCLA/UCB will consider the Fully weighted also. If your UC GPA is below 4.0, your chances are slim.

As stated above, the UC’s are capping the number of OOS/International students and you will be full pay.

My UC gpa is 4.07 and capped 3.72
also thoughts on other schools listed

Your capped weighted is below the 25th percentile for all the UC’s you have listed so even with competitive test scores, EC’s and essays, they will be a Reach. If you feel the UC’s are affordable, then I would apply but just know that the UC’s are very GPA focused and can be very unpredictable.
UCSD and UCLA do not offer Business Administration as undergrad major.

Some Freshman admit rates based on capped weighted UC GPA and not major specific:

Freshman admit rates for UC GPA of 3.40-3.79:

UCB: 2%
UCLA: 3%
UCSD: 6%
UCD: 15%
UCSB: 14%
UCI: 13%
UCSC: 59%
UCR: 78%
UCM: 92%

Freshman admit rates for UC GPA of 3.80-4.19:

UCB: 14%
UCLA: 14%
UCSD: 44%
UCSB: 54%
UCD: 58%
UCI: 65%
UCSC: 85%
UCR: 94%
UCM: 96%

I cannot comment on the other schools on your list other than you are a solid applicant for ASU and make sure you consider the Barrett Honors college.
