Early Action versus Rolling Admission

What is the main difference between Early Action and Rolling Admission?
Aren't they both non-biding, early application and early decision notification?

Both early action and rolling admission are non-binding. Colleges will offer one or the other, not both.

Rolling admission means that applications are reviewed and decided upon as they are received by the college. Thus, it is to your advantage to apply earlier in the season, before all the seats fill up.

Early action deadlines are generally around Nov 1. Unlike rolling admission, applications are reviewed and decided upon after the deadline, and notifications usually occur around mid-December.
