Early action with december test scores

Hi,
I'm taking my Subject Tests on December 1st.

Can i still apply ED/EA to colleges? The deadlines around the 7th of November for Princeton and the 15th for Boston university. I'll be applying as an undergrad for engineering.

Can you recommend any colleges that don't necessarily want Subject tests for ED/EA or will accept my December scores?

Thanks (:

Each college tells you the testing deadlines for their EA or ED programs. Check indiv websites.

Thanks for replying (:

Yes, I was looking, most of them have november as the last testing date.

Was wondering whether you could suggest any good ones that don’t require them or accept the december subject tests.

Apply to RD programs – it’s not the end of the world. They are perfectly fine.

Yeah, that was the original plan, only because of he hurricane extension I though I’d give EA a go.

December test is too late for ED or EA and that includes Princeton and BC. The only exceptions are some EA or ED programs (like some ED2 programs) where the admission decision is not released until Jan or Feb. The vast majority have release of decision dates in mid Dec which is before the Dec test scores will even be released. Sandy set back some application dates somewhat. It has not set back any of the mid Dec admission decision date.

If you have ACT, a number of colleges, such as Yale, Brown, Penn, Amherst, Rice, Pomona, Columbia, BC, Duke, Swarthmore, Tufts, which usually require SAT subject tests accept ACT in lieu of both SAT and SAT subject tests.
