<p>I’m not sure about the IS or OOS question - I believe Miami does look at location in order to have the most geographically diverse student body, so if there are a ton of kids applying from the Chicago area, I’m sure that might have an effect on their decision, but I don’t know that for sure.</p>
<p>Regarding EA decision, applicants are notified Feb. 1, 2015. Deferments are reconsidered in the later review and will be notified on or about March 15.</p>
