<p>Harvard offers Single Choice Early Action. Single Choice Early Action is also available at Stanford and Yale. Unrestricted Early Action, as far as I know, and I know that there are more, is available at Georgetown.</p>
<p>SCEA: Harvard, Yale, Stanford
EA: Chicago, Georgetown, MIT, Boston College, Rice (their EDII is non binding), Notre Dame, CalTech are what come to my mind</p>
