Which colleges and university have nonbinding early action admissions?

Um, EA is typically always nonbinding. A few worth mentioning are Bard, Lewis and Clark, UChicago

Boston College, Notre Dame, MIT and Georgetown are all EA schools.

Fordham University and Northeastern U.

Stanford U.

Yale and Stanford have EA, but it's single choice, so you can only apply to either Stanford or Yale for EA if you choose to do so.

Like OniLawliet said, early action implies that it's non-binding (although it may be single choice). Early decision is binding (and by default, single choice).

Tulane has EA.
